Fibrafy: find the right connection for your address.
Check coverage and see the internet offers available for homes and businesses, with clear terms and MamiCash rewards where offered.
The light starts at the exchange.
Technology, speed and offers can differ from one address to the next.
The difference is in the last stretch.
FTTH, FTTC or FWA: we make it clear.
It all starts with your address.
Checking carries no obligation. Your contract is with the partner operator.
A connection chosen based on your address
Fibrafy is the Mamify ecosystem’s project for home and business internet connectivity. It helps private customers and businesses choose a connection that suits their address and their needs: working, studying, watching streamed content and using online services.
Every proposal starts with a coverage check, because the technology, speeds and offers available can differ from one address to the next.
- Working from home or at the officeVideo calls, cloud and shared tools.
- StudyingRemote lessons, learning platforms and research.
- Streaming and online servicesFilms, music, games, smart home and digital payments.
Illustrative screen: the technologies and offers available depend on the address.
What Fibrafy does
- Checks coverage at the service address.
- Presents the partner operators’ offers, showing the technology actually proposed.
- Helps you choose and request activation.
- Flags any MamiCash reward included in the individual offer.
What the operator does
- Provides the internet service set out in your contract.
- Handles activation according to its own procedures and timescales.
- Sets prices, advertised speeds, contract length and cancellation terms.
- Issues the invoice and handles technical support for the line.
From check to activation, a clear path
Everything Fibrafy does for you, with no promises of coverage, speeds or timescales the operator hasn’t confirmed.
Coverage check
We check which technologies and which partner operators reach the service address.
Partner operator offers
Offers presented with the prices, technology, costs and terms of the current offer.
Optical fibre
FTTH solutions where available and FTTC where fibre reaches the street cabinet, always shown for what they are.
FWA connections
Wireless access solutions where available, useful where fibre doesn’t reach yet.
Homes and businesses
Connection requests for homes, professionals, shops and companies.
Help with your choice
We help you read the terms and complete your activation request with the operator.
MamiCash rewards
On offers that include them, a reward in MamiCash credit under the relevant rules.
When your connection isn’t enough
Two short stories, one starting point: checking coverage at your address.
Original videos in Italian. They are illustrative ads: coverage, technology and performance depend on the address and the operator.
Check coverageThree technologies, three different things
Fibrafy always states the technology actually offered. FTTC and FWA are never presented as FTTH fibre: the difference is in the last stretch that reaches you.
Press and hold to bring the light all the way home
The light starts at the exchange, passes through the street cabinet and reaches the building. What changes between FTTH, FTTC and FWA is precisely the last stretch.
Hold the button down: the light keeps travelling until you let go.
The connection is optical fibre all the way, from the exchange to the home or business premises.
- No copper in the last stretch.
- The operator’s advertised speeds are expressed as “up to”.
- Available only where the fibre network reaches the building.
Fibre reaches the street cabinet; the final stretch to the building uses the existing copper connection.
- Performance also depends on the distance from the cabinet.
- It isn’t FTTH fibre: offers label it as FTTC.
- Advertised speeds are “up to”, according to the operator’s offer.
The access link uses wireless technology between an operator’s antenna and equipment installed at the customer’s premises.
- Useful where fibre isn’t available yet.
- Requires radio coverage and, as a rule, dedicated equipment.
- It isn’t fibre: offers label it as FWA.
The technology available depends on the address. On the same street there may be buildings reached by FTTH fibre and others covered only by FTTC or FWA: that’s why every proposal starts with a coverage check.
Six steps, from the form to an active line
You complete five of the steps with Fibrafy. The last one, activation, is handled by the operator you’ve chosen.
Fill in the form
Enter the full service address (town, postcode, street and house number) and your contact details.
Request the check
We check coverage at your address with the partner operators, with no obligation.

We tell you which technologies and offers are actually available, with the relevant documentation.
Take your time

Complete the request
If you decide to go ahead, you complete the activation request for the offer you’ve chosen.
The operator activates the line
Activation is handled by the operator according to its own procedures and timescales.
No promises before the check. Availability, activation times, speeds and savings are only given where the operator has confirmed them for your address.
Every offer, explained in full
Only verified offers are published on Fibrafy. Prices and terms match the operator’s current offer, and every offer card shows the same information, always in the same order.
- Operator and offer nameWho provides the service and what the offer is called.
- Technology availableFTTH, FTTC or FWA, shown for what it is.
- Monthly feeAnd the length of any promotion.
- Activation and installation costsAnd any other costs that apply.
- Modem and equipmentIncluded, rented, sold separately or your own.
- Advertised speeds and limitsExpressed as “up to”, never as guaranteed.
- Contract length and cancellationMinimum terms, deactivation costs and how to cancel.
- Extra servicesIncluded or chargeable, always stated.
- TechnologyFTTH, FTTC or FWAstated on every card
- Monthly feeamount and length of promotionas per the current offer
- Activation and installationone-off and other applicable costsas per the current offer
- Modem and equipmentsupply termsas per the current offer
- Advertised speeds“up to” download and upload, with the relevant limitsnot guaranteed
- Contract length and cancellationminimum term and exit conditionsas per the contract
- Extra servicesincluded or chargeableas per the current offer
- MamiCash rewardonly if the offer includes oneamount, requirements and timing set out in the promotion
No offers are published on this page yet. Verified partner operator offers will be added using this layout; until then, request a coverage check to receive the solutions available at your address.
“Up to” does not mean guaranteed. A speed stated as “up to 1 Gbps” is the maximum speed advertised by the operator, not an assured figure: actual performance depends on the technology, distance, equipment and home network.
Prices and terms always up to date. Every published offer matches the operator’s current offer; if the offer changes, the card changes. The operator’s contract documents prevail in any case.
A reward separate from the monthly fee, only where offered
When the offer includes it, the customer can receive a MamiCash reward linked to activation. It is credit that can be used in the ways enabled by the Mamify ecosystem, not a discount on the operator’s invoice.
What it is
- MamiCash credit awarded after activation of an offer that includes it.
- Usable in the ways enabled by the Mamify ecosystem.
- Separate from the monthly internet fee, which you keep paying to the operator.
- With the amount, requirements and timing of the award stated in each individual promotion.
What it isn’t
- It isn’t an automatic discount on the operator’s invoice.
- It isn’t money you can withdraw or convert into cash.
- It isn’t included in every offer: the same reward doesn’t apply to every proposal.
- It isn’t the commercial commission the operator pays to Fibrafy.
What if the solution you want isn’t available?
If the technology you want doesn’t show as available at your address, you can fill in the form to ask about any alternatives from partner operators: for example, an FWA connection where fibre doesn’t reach. We don’t promise availability or activation before the check.
How we proceed
- We record the address and the technology you want.
- We check whether a partner operator offers an alternative.
- We reply with the real options, or tell you there are none today.
For people who want the right connection, not a generic one
Individuals and families
One connection for the whole home, chosen according to what is genuinely available at your door.
Working or studying from home
Video calls, cloud and remote lessons need a stable line: the technology makes the difference.
Professionals, shops and businesses
Connection requests for business premises, offices and commercial businesses, with clear contract terms.
Thinking of switching operator
New connection or switching operator: compare technology and terms before you decide.
How Fibrafy is funded
Partner operator commissions
The business model is based on the commissions that partner operators pay for contracts activated through Fibrafy, under their respective agreements. That is why the coverage check and help with your choice carry no obligation on your part.
Commissions and reward: two separate things
Commercial commissions are separate from the MamiCash reward intended for the customer. No percentage splits or commission plans are published on this page: Fibrafy’s specific terms will be set out in the dedicated documents.
Answers before you ask
Does the coverage check commit me to anything?
What’s the difference between FTTH, FTTC and FWA?
Is the speed shown in the offer guaranteed?
Who do I sign the contract with?
How long does activation take?
Is the MamiCash reward a discount on my bill?
What happens if there’s no coverage at my address?
Can I use Fibrafy to switch operator?
Do I need the Mamify app?
The MamiCash reward lives in the Mamify app
Fibrafy is a project of the Mamify ecosystem, not a separate app. When an offer includes a MamiCash reward, the credit is awarded and used through the Mamify app, under the rules of the promotion.
To be added: Mamify app links for Google Play and the App Store.
- 1Check coverage from this page
- 2Receive the solutions available at your address
- 3Weigh up the terms and complete the activation request
- 4The operator activates the line following its own procedures
- 5If the offer includes it, the MamiCash reward arrives in the Mamify app
